Winsor Brown
Winsor P. Brown is a seasoned aviation executive, pilot, and Vietnam veteran based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. As owner and leader of Skyflite Aviation since 1972, he has built and operated a specialized FAA-focused aviation services company delivering turnkey Part 135 Air Carrier certification support, aircraft sales and brokerage, pre-purchase inspections, technical appraisals, 135 conformity inspections, and regulatory compliance solutions including certificate repair and manual development.
With over 50 years overseeing management of Part 135 certificates in key roles including Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance, and Director of Operations, Brown delivers practical expertise and strong results for clients seeking efficient regulatory compliance and optimized aircraft transactions. He is an active member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and the National Air Transportation Association (NATA). In his free time, he is an avid Harley biker who enjoys riding.
